"I expected the tracking to at least give..."
I expected the tracking to at least give me a decent idea of where the package was, but it ended up being frustrating. The updates came in late and were hard to make sense of, and the package didn’t arrive until well after the last tracking update made it seem like it should have.

"Shipping took forever"
My order showed up way later than expected, and it was really frustrating. I had to keep checking for updates like I was begging for basic information, which left me feeling resentful by the time it finally arrived. Not a great experience.

"Stuff looked available but wasnt"
I tried ordering a few things from indiashop.us, and at first almost everything showed as available. Then later I got told most of it was out of stock. Kinda annoying felt like a waste of time. They really need to update the stock on the site better before letting people place orders, becuase its frustrating.
"Arrived on time, but the packaging worried me"
My order from Indiashop did show up on time, so I can’t really complain too much. The box was crushed a bit on one side, though, and maybe I’m just a little extra careful with deliveries, but it made me nervous when I picked it up.
Thankfully, nothing was actually broken, except one item had a small dent. I get that shipping can be rough and maybe this was just bad luck, but I do think they could use stronger boxes or more padding, especially for fragile items

A few of the items didn’t seem all that fresh to me. They weren’t terrible or anything, but they definitely didn’t feel like they were just stocked either.

"Checkout was fine, just a little stressful for a minute"
Checkout on indiashop.us did go through in the end, but I remember feeling that little flash of panic when the payment page just sat there after I hit continue. I ended up reloading once, and thankfully it moved along after that, but it definitely made the process feel slower than I expected.
The good part was that the prices and shipping costs were clear, so I wasn’t guessing or getting surprised at the end. Still, I wish the checkout felt smoother overall. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t exactly effortless either — just kind of average
"Wish I’d been a bit more selective"
Some of the items were a decent deal, but I kind of regret not looking more closely before ordering because a few felt overpriced for the quality. Shipping was fine, nothing bad but nothing impressive either. I’d probably order again if there was a good discount, but I wouldn’t buy just anything from them.

I feel stupid for trusting them in the first place. Nobody explained anything clearly, and every time support replied, it just made me more confused. Their answers didn’t really make sense to me, and I was left feeling like I was supposed to figure everything out on my own

I ordered a few things from indiashop.us, and when the package showed up, two items weren’t what I had picked. One was the wrong size, and another brand I specifically ordered was just missing. Shipping was fine, so I assumed everything would be okay, but the accuracy of the order was disappointing. I emailed support, and from the tone of the reply, it kind of felt like this wasn’t exactly a priority. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying when you’re paying for specific items

"Bad first impression with the shipping cost"
The first thing that put me off was the shipping price. It felt way too high for what I was ordering, and it didn’t make the best first impression. I was interested at first, but seeing that extra cost at checkout was disappointing.

"Didn’t seem authentic"
I’m not sure this was genuine. The packaging looked a bit off, and the quality just didn’t match what I was expecting. I even had to go through the hassle of contacting support, but I still didn’t get any clear answers, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Product info was totally off"
The product page listed one size and material, but what showed up was something different. that’s frustrating because I checked before ordering. Then customer care just told me to check again, which didn’t really help at all. It feels like the site info hasn’t been updated or something. I don’t know, the whole thing was just annoying.

I reached out to customer service hoping they’d actually help me figure things out, but the replies I got felt useless. They kept responding, but none of it really answered my questions or solved anything. Maybe I’m expecting too much, but isn’t that kind of the whole point of customer support?

I found some good items here, and what they do have is decent, but the selection felt a bit limited to me. There were a few things I expected to find but couldn’t. Overall, it’s okay and worth checking out, but I probably wouldn’t rely on it as my first choice.

"I’m locked out and it’s really frustrating"
I used to log in just fine, but now I can’t get into my account at all. At first I thought maybe I typed something wrong, then I got worried, and now I’m just annoyed. I really need access again, so I hope this gets fixed soon.
